    Responsibilities

    • Develop a detailed project scope of work to summarize in clear terms the system functionality specific to client/end-user needs for each project
    • Develop a detailed programming scope of work, when applicable, to summarize in clear terms the system functionality specific to client/end-user needs for each project
    • Complete site survey of project location(s) to assess site conditions, recognize potential difficulties, and compile all information in a written report to share with project team
    • Calculate an accurate estimation of job hours to successfully complete project based on scope of work
    • Assist Account Executives to assess project functionality to compose a bill of materials that accurately reflect the project scope of work
    • Review all scopes of work prior to being released to confirm accuracy of client needs and BOM
    • Support Account Executives in client meetings and discussions of technology
    • Understand changing technology and how it affects AV systems
    • Review change order history of projects to provide updated status to estimating team of products to include on BOM
    • Work in coordination with project team to successfully complete each project
    • Provide assistance to engineers of product information
    • Work towards goal of 100% satisfaction 100% of the time

    Secondary Duties

  • Avaya Voice NOC Engineer, Tier 1 - Quincy, MA

    The “UC NOC Engineer” is a Tier 1 position accountable for troubleshooting voice related services. The UC NOC Engineer’s role is to analyze, troubleshoot, remediate, resolve and/or escalate issues with traditional and current Avaya IP Telephony technologies, as well as knowledge and experience with a converged environment. This position provides the first tier of hardware and software support for current and legacy Avaya Communications Manager products, including voicemail platforms, trunking and other associated adjuncts and applications. The UC NOC Engineer works closely with NOC Service Delivery personnel to coordinate and communicate with customer contacts, vendors and service providers.  Expectations for the UC NOC Engineer are to have a high exposure to traditional voice, data and IP Telephony technologies, as well as knowledge and experience with a converged environment. Exhibit outstanding and consistent technical skills in areas of VOIP, TCP/IP Internetworking, and IP/PBX Trunking within Avaya systems/environments. The UC NOC Engineer is also accountable for supporting all incidents with the efforts of assessing risk, coordinating resolution with our Service Delivery Teams, and documenting assigned incident/problem resolutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Monitors ticket queues to ensure customer tickets and service requests are promptly addressed
    • Promptly responds to all incidents or service requests and resolves within service level targets
    • Qualifies triages and escalates requests to tier-two and tier-three teams when needed
    • Provides proactive management to minimize outages to Avaya platforms and systems
    • Communicates with service delivery team leads on maintenance activities and unplanned events
    • Maintain awareness of system maintenance/outages and world events affecting services

    Requirements:

    Responsibilities:

    • Performs mid-level general ledger account reconciliations, verify accuracy of data, and report, identify, and correct errors made by both internal and external personnel
    • Support timely monthly, quarterly, half-year, and year-end financial close, including assigned journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, accruals, and overall maintenance of all operational management accounts
    • Assists in providing schedules and commentary with respects to operating maintenance accounts results and variances, and with the production of working capital, cash-flow reports, as well as applicable commentary
    • Maintain and update records and reports for profit and loss, taxes, liabilities, and assets
    • Prepare special financial reports as requested by management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends

    Requirements:

    • Proven history of performance in compiling, monitoring and examining various financial statements/reports for accuracy and integrity.

    Experience:
