Coronavirus preparedness statement

New Era Technology have continued to deliver our services and support to our customers during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, in line with government guidance.

We ensured the health and safety of our team by moving to remote working as lockdown was first introduced. We did so as seamlessly as possible and this has been reflected in the very many positive testimonials received from our customers.

We continue to follow guidance whilst maintaining the highest quality of service and provision for our customers. Having paused our initial plans for a phased re-opening of our offices we continue to deliver quality services remotely. We will continue to do so ensuring the health, safety and well-being of our team. Customers can rest assured that our plans will be carried out seamlessly and that they will not be impacted by our working practices or changes to them.

We recognise that our services, especially those supporting the remote delivery of learning and staff/parent communications are in high demand and are will remain so over the forthcoming months. At a time of significant uncertainty, we will be ensuring our customers can benefit from a reliable and consistent service.
