The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through the Operational Services Division (OSD), has awarded New Era Technology positions on the following contracts as a Massachusetts Statewide Contract Holder.

Through this contract vendors are eligible to provide sales and service of telecommunications/data infrastructure cable, services, and cable related hardware.
Awarded vendors are eligible to provide sales, service and maintenance of security systems including, but not limited to, Video, Access Control, Integrated Video Management, Visitor Management, Locks, Alarms, and Monitoring Services.
This contract provides for the acquisition of Information Technology hardware, project management, integration, maintenance, and other related services through awarded vendors, including New Era Technology. For convenience, services and products from other state contracts may be offered at no additional markup

New Era Technology is an approved vendor on the Commonwealth of Massachusetts OFF50 State Blanket Contract. Through this contract New Era provides professional and consumer grade Audio, Video, Multimedia, Studio Production, and Presentation solutions including equipment, professional services, peripherals, and fully managed solutions.
The Massachusetts Higher Education Consortium (MHEC) is a premier source for regionalized New England group purchasing. New Era is an approved MC01-F14 vendor providing managed solutions, cloud services and other network infrastructure services.

This contract allows EDS member districts to purchase products from over 850 manufacturers as well as installation while avoiding a lengthy bid process.

Pennsylvania
COSTARS is the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s cooperative purchasing program and serves as a conduit through which registered and eligible local public procurement units (LPPUs) and state-affiliated entities (together “Members”) are able to leverage contracts established by DGS to cost-effectively and efficiently identify suppliers with whom to do business.

GSA assists with procurement work for other government agencies. Under the GSA, the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) provides comprehensive solutions for products and services across the government.
As part of this effort, it maintains the large GSA Schedules, which other agencies can use to buy goods and services. The GSA Schedule can be thought of as a collection of pre-negotiated contracts. Procurement managers from government agencies can view these agreements and make purchases from the GSA Schedule knowing that all legal obligations have been taken care of by GSA.
