PHP2Shell (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619) Vulnerability : New Era Status

On 21 October 2026, the PHP project disclosed two critical remote code execution vulnerabilities, known as PHP2Shell. Both are rated 9.2 out of 10.

We assessed New Era-owned infrastructure, including cloud-based solutions we host for clients, and have not identified impact. Clients on our managed detection and response services receive advisories directly from our SOC. For client-managed systems and third-party products, contact your New Era account team for assessment and remediation support.
