1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter is New Era Technology (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 78 108 201 099), www.neweratech.com/au.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to authorised entrants of the Local Government Technology Summit NSW 2025 who are aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees of the New Era Technology Group and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Method
3.1 To enter, participants must fully complete and submit the entry form available at https://www.neweratech.com/au/local-government-technology-summit-nsw-with-new-era-technology/ during the Entry Period.
3.2 A valid entry includes correct and complete contact details provided in the Entry Form.

3.3 Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted.

4. Entry Period
4.1 Entries open at 12:00am AEST and close at 11:59pm AEST on 13 May 2025.

5. Prize Details
5.1 There is one (1) prize to be won: a DJI Flip Fly More Combo with RC2 Remote.
5.2 The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5.3 No other equipment, subscriptions, or software will be included with the prize. The prize consists of one (1) DJI Flip Fly More Combo with RC2 Remote only.

6. Winner Selection
6.1 After the promotional period concludes, the winner will be selected at New Era Technology’s discretion from the list of entrants who have completed the website entry form.
6.2 The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Collection
7.1 The winner will be contacted by New Era Technology via the contact details provided in the entry form.
7.2 Prize collection or delivery will be determined and advised by New Era Technology by 30 May 2025.
7.3 New Era will facilitate the handing over of the prize to the recipient through delivery, collection or postage, though the method deemed most practical by New Era.
7.4 The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone within ten (10) business days of the competition closing.
7.5 If the winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) business days following the event, or does not claim the prize within ten (10) business days of being notified about winning, New Era Technology reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Privacy and Marketing Consent
8.1 Personal data collected will be used and stored internally by New Era Technology for marketing purposes.
8.2 By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from New Era Technology. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

9. Governing Law
9.1 New Era Technology reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
9.2 New Era Technology is not responsible for any technical issues preventing participation.
9.3 The winner agrees to be featured in New Era Technology’s marketing materials, including social media.
9.4 The competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by NSW, Australian State law.
