Post Incident Response: Temporary Interruption to Inbound Emails

New Era Technology would like to update you on the temporary interruption to inbound emails that occurred between 8:32 AM and 11:05 AM on Saturday, 8th July 2023.
The outage resulted in a brief disruption. External senders may have received a non-delivery message stating “Domain not Found.” The issue was promptly resolved by our technical team and partner vendor. Normal email delivery resumed at 11:05 AM.
We understand the inconvenience this may have caused and apologise. We have worked closely with our partner vendor to implement failover mechanisms, ensuring greater reliability, and minimising the impact of any potential future incidents.
