Upgrade: Remote Monitoring & Management software

Dear customer,

This is a quick note to advise you of an upgrade to our services as your trusted IT Managed Service Provider. We have implemented a new and improved Remote Monitoring and Management software (RMM) to enhance our remote support capabilities.

As part of this upgrade, you will notice a new system tray icon. Rest assured, this change has no impact on your day-to-day usage, and no action is required from you. It’s simply a cosmetic change of the icon for the new product.

This will only change if you already have our RMM software installed, if not, this does not apply to you.

Our skilled Engineers will continue to monitor and manage your systems with the same level of expertise. The upgraded RMM software enables us to proactively address issues and provide even more efficient support.
