Accessibility
New Era offers an extensive portfolio of communication, collaboration and contact center solutions designed to provide equal access to communications for people with disabilities. These solutions enable an agency or organization to offer a wider range of jobs to people who have disabilities, as well as to serve the needs of a wider range of customers and constituents.
Smartphone Client
Mobility Client is included in the MassVoice CloudBlu Standard and Enhanced subscriptions. The Mobility Client is a software application that enables iOS/Android mobile devices to register as SIP endpoint for mobile VoIP Services over wireless data connections including Wi-Fi or 3G/4G/5G cellular data network. Mobility provides a secure method to bridge calls from an End User’s desk phone to any mobile device and offers the ability to switch seamlessly between mobile and desk phones as often as necessary during a single call. This service is included with all MassVoice CloudBlu subscriptions at no additional charge.
Next Gen 911
New Era’s MassVoice CloudBlu solution is compliant with Next Generation 911, RAY BAUM Act, Kari’s Law, and all Mass General Law requirements for 911 call handling. New Era MassVoice CloudBlu includes Everbridge E911, powered by RedSky. This solution has been the leading E911 solution for over twenty years. RedSky finds users or employees, routes the 9-1-1 call to the correct PSAP and notifies security personnel for every emergency call, no matter if the call happens on or off the Commonwealth’s physical campus. Everbridge provides the most dynamic cloud-based E911 solutions to protect today’s mobile workforce, while ensuring compliance with U.S. Federal Regulations. This service is included with all MassVoice CloudBlu subscriptions at no additional charge.
Calling Data Records (CDR)
MassVoice CloudBlu CDR fully integrates with our Avaya, Cisco, and Microsoft experiences to provide enhanced dashboards and flexible reporting capabilities. It is an easy-to-use cloud-based reporting portal designed with the agencies in mind. This service is included with all MassVoice CloudBlu subscriptions at no additional charge.

MassVoice History
The initial MassVoice service was architected by the Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS) in the early 2000s – specifically for Commonwealth government entities. Since 2015, New Era has been the trusted partner and vendor of choice for the Commonwealth’s MassVoice Solution. Our partnership has delivered Commonwealth Customers an improved user experience, new and ever-expanding features, and increased service availability – all while reducing subscription costs.
New Era’s enhanced MassVoice CloudBlu Solution builds on prior success to continue supporting all existing infrastructure while adding additional features – including Avaya, Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams and clients, enhanced 911, and no-charge inbound/outbound calling – all delivered through a pure cloud framework.
The offering is a fully inclusive managed service providing the highest levels of remote and onsite service.
