Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 The competition is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.
1.2 Employees of New Era Technology Ltd, HP Inc., their immediate family members (including partners, de facto partners, and anyone living at the same address), and any associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
1.3 Entrants must be employed by a school or educational institution within New Zealand.
1.4 To be eligible, entrants must book and complete a free 15-minute consultation with New Era Technology.
1.5 All bookings must be made and completed between March 3rd 2025 and April 30th 2025 5:00pm (NZDT).
1.6 If an entrant’s consultation is rescheduled by New Era due to staffing or availability, the entrant will remain eligible. If an entrant reschedules their own booking beyond the promotional period, they will not be eligible.

2. How to Enter

2.1 Entrants must book and complete a free 15-minute consultation via the form.
2.2 Only one entry per school will be considered. If multiple consultations are booked for the same school, the first completed booking will count as the valid entry.
2.3 A valid entry includes correct and complete contact details provided at the time of booking.

3. Prize Details

3.1 The prize consists of One (1) HP [Model] Laptop (Silver).
3.2 The prize includes only the laptop. It does not include a Windows license, laptop bag, accessories, or setup services.
3.3 The winner must collect the laptop within two (2) weeks from notification. If unclaimed, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner may be selected.
3.4 New Era Technology is responsible for delivery of the prize within New Zealand.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

4.1 After the promotional period concludes, the winner will be selected at New Era Technology’s discretion from the list of entrants who have completed the consultation.
4.2 The selection process will be based on engagement and the quality of discussion during the consultation, including insights shared about the school’s IT needs and future-readiness.
4.3 The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone within five (10) business days of the competition closing.
4.4 If the winner cannot be contacted within five (10) business days, or does not claim the prize within two (2) weeks, New Era Technology reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5. Privacy & Data Use

5.1 Personal data collected will be stored securely by New Era Technology and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including for marketing communications.
5.2 By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from New Era Technology. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
5.3 All personal information will be stored in compliance with New Era Technology’s Privacy Policy, available at [Privacy Policy Link].

6. General Conditions

6.1 New Era Technology reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
6.2 New Era Technology is not responsible for any technical issues preventing participation.
6.3 The winner agrees to be featured in New Era Technology’s marketing materials, including social media.
6.4 The competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by New Zealand law.
