Enhancing ROI on Virtual Meeting Solutions

Our latest project exemplifies how we assist organisations in maximising the return on investment (ROI) of virtual meeting solutions. We were asked to modernise a 200-seat auditorium in their central London office. The existing equipment was outdated and no longer suitable for their needs, especially as companies increasingly adapt their spaces for hybrid work and bring-your-own-device (BYOD) environments.

Understanding Client Needs

The first step in any project is to thoroughly understand the client’s requirements and how the space will be utilised. Our analysis covers every detail of the operating environment, including wall colours, lighting levels, optimised equipment layouts, fully integrated control systems, and complex audio services. It was crucial that the space could facilitate both broadcasting and meetings with remote participants. In a large space like this, we ensure the highest quality video and audio, with microphones capable of picking up audio from any seat within the room.

Advanced Technological Integration

We installed a new large video screen along with audio systems that meet the room’s requirements. To support the clients move to a Teams collaboration environment, we deployed a Pexip service, enabling seamless connections regardless of the chosen platform. This ensures that important meetings are easy to set up and join by any external user, no matter which video conferencing or standards-based platform they use.

Enhancing Internal Communication

To further modernise and streamline internal communication, we installed a large video wall for showcasing messages and engaging the audience in a direct and impactful manner. This was complemented by digital signage to deliver communications and keep employees informed.
