Josh Howlett joins the New Era Technology team

We are delighted to announce that Josh Howlett has joined the New Era Technology UK team as Business Development Director for our Identity and Access Management solution, Able+.

New Era Technology UK are part of the global New Era Technology group, which has more than 7,500 customers and over 30 offices worldwide.

Prior to joining New Era, Josh was Head of Trust & Identity at Jisc, responsible for its portfolio of IAM-related products. During his fifteen-year tenure at Jisc he developed several IAM solutions for the UK and international education and research communities, including the UK’s eduroam service, the international eduGAIN service, and most recently the Student Voter Registration service. Before joining Jisc he worked at the University of Bristol within the Information Services group, winning UCISA’s Award for Excellence for the university.

I am looking forward to the opportunity to work with universities, colleges and other organisations as they consider their options for the future.

His role will continue to build on our current success within the IAM market by growing and developing opportunities for our current and future customers, both nationally and internationally. With a truly global reach, this strategic appointment helps to ensure we stay at the forefront of Identity and Access for a diverse set of markets, worldwide.
