We were engaged by a UK-wide specialist lift company based in Andover, seeking assistance in modernising and optimising five meeting rooms within their corporate headquarters as part of a wider IT improvement program.

Background:

In response to an identified need for modernisation within the business and its IT infrastructure, coupled with a strategic vision for future expansion, our engagement commenced with a focus on the design, functionality, and support of Logitech MTR (Microsoft Teams Rooms) systems. This initiative serves as the initial phase of what we anticipate will be an ongoing partnership with the company.

Process:

The process of designing meeting spaces, both small or large, started with a comprehensive assessment to gain insight into the end-user experience, expectations, and workflow dynamics within each designated area. Factors such as cable routing, ambient noise considerations, and structural elements were meticulously evaluated. Additionally, the anticipated occupancy of each room informed our approach to furniture placement, optimising the positioning of cameras and speakers to enhance the collaborative environment.

In line with fostering improved collaboration among internal teams, clients, and partners, we implemented Logitech Swytch to facilitate BYOD capabilities. Furthermore, the integration of Logitech Scribe (a wall-mounted content camera focused on whiteboard surfaces) seamlessly shares visual content during virtual meetings, enhancing engagement and productivity.

Ongoing Support:

Our comprehensive managed services include ongoing support, featuring access to a seasoned 24/7 ITIL service desk and skilled support technicians. Additionally, our maintenance SLA ensures prompt dispatch of engineers as required, providing our clients with peace of mind and uninterrupted operational continuity.

Conclusion:

The initial phase of our engagement has been successfully completed, with the installation and daily utilisation of five Logitech MTR systems facilitating enhanced communication and hybrid work functionality.
