Lendlease are a leading property and infrastructure group with operations in Australia, Asia, Europe and the Americas. As an international company, Lendlease work on projects that involve senior employees having to collaborate around the clock, often with individuals and teams that are geographically dispersed, Lendlease needed to create flexibility for their senior Executives, allowing them to collaborate remotely and build solid working relationships.
Their Objectives
With senior Executive sponsorship, Lendlease initiated a project to provide their highest-level employees with secure video communication hosted by a white glove concierge service. The requirement was that Executives should be able to enter their meeting environment, conduct their business and walk away; embracing the technology’s benefits and innovation that deliver higher productivity and a better work life balance.
The deployment would also need to:
- Provide highest quality audio and video in the boardroom environment

The Solution
